Flat out

So I have been flat out for a while, between working and going away had no chance to do anything. I have just found the time to do these pieces. Two I shot as aerials from the plane I was on, couldn't sleep so found the opportunity to take a few snaps. Also never done aerial photography before. The other is of a Buick I shot earlier this year, decided to do a Sin City style image with this one.
Felt really small after taking these shots. I shot the aerials with a 10-22mm wide angle lens...

I like this one as it has that sombre feel. May print this up see how it comes out

ASRF car show

So I went to the Australian Street Rod Foundation charity event on the weekend just gone by. Ended up being a huge turn out, all sorts of cars, bikes even race boats. Saw a genuine "barn find " Buick, some of the images below. I say genuine because it seems to be a fashion at the moment that anything in  garage is classified as a barn find..... This one still had the dusty smell of an old barn. Anyway these are a couple of shots I took while being there. It's nice to get back to photography, although still having fun with the other stuff I'm doing. There are still a lot of  images to go through, just got to figure out what to do with them
